Client request · The brief
As an in-house product, the brief came from inside our own team, after watching drivers try to get a fair price over the phone before they’d even seen the car.
The ask was simple to say and hard to do: book a real garage, get a real price, in under a minute, without needing to create an account just to compare quotes.

Where Carzei stands today
Carzei taught us how much of a marketplace sits on the supply side. On any two-sided project, the harder side decides whether the product works, and it is rarely the side the brief is written about.
Carzei is in final development and coming soon, with our team preparing to onboard the first garages ahead of launch.
